![]() Once I discovered the memory leak I searched the web for a solution. And I found another one in (C:)/Users/AppData/Local which is 13.9GB. There is a main WarThunder file in (C:) which is 14.9GB after 1.67 update. ![]() Doesn't exceed 2.5GB on memory and CPU usage drops when game idles. This actually appears to be a bug on the latest client (which is experienced by many (maybe even most or all ?!?) players)īug seems to have been fixed with 1.67 update. On your system to see if you got it installed twice and then delete one of the copies. In a different folder on the new install. you could actually use Windows search to look for War Thunder (or maybe some specific file like the aces.exe) On the other hand (especially if you haven't used Steam) it is possible that you now have two War Thunder folders when you installed the game \War Thunder\.preload\ (depending on your launcher settings you may not have this folder) - both folders can be deleted. You may want to check the game folder for how big it is and then maybe have a look into some of the folders like. however this would not explain why you have lost about 12GB on the disk =/ On the disk.this would also explain that reinstalling the game only took a couple of minutes (since Steam is 'seeing' the old files on the disk and ![]() When you 'uninstall' the game on Steam only the links and a few files are actually getting removed while the majority of the game files remain How did you uninstall and reinstall the game ? and are you running the game from Steam ? ![]() Losing 12GB of HD space has just made the situation worse. ![]()
